1. One-Hour Strategy Session
Our one-hour strategy session is a paid consultation designed to analyze your business needs and provide actionable marketing insights. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your own implementation.
2. Scheduling & Payments
Sessions are booked through Calendly and paid through PayPal. Full payment is required to reserve your session.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided after booking. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the time-based nature of our consulting service, all bookings are final. Refunds are issued only in the case of technical errors or duplicate charges.
5. Use of Intake Form Information
Information you provide through the scheduling intake form helps us customize our session to your specific business goals. It may also be used internally to offer follow-up services or promotions.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials shared with you during or after the session, including strategy documents or frameworks, remain the intellectual property of Bumaso LLC and may not be resold or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bumaso LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You agree to use our advice at your own discretion and risk.
